Our pizzas are Neapolitan-style, featuring a thin, crispy base with a slightly raised crust that is golden and crispy.
They are made using authentic sourdough, stone-baked at high temperatures, and topped with San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, and other premium ingredients.
Pre-order on our website – Orders open a few days before each event - order online here. This guarantees your pizza and a collection time.

Order at the van on the night – Walk-up orders are welcome, but availability may be limited, so pre-ordering is recommended.
No, we do not offer delivery. Our pizzas are made fresh to order and collected from our pizza van at our scheduled pop-up locations or private events.
Our pizzas range from £10 to £15, depending on the toppings - For private events, get in touch for a quote!
Yes! You can request minor customisations, such as removing or swapping certain toppings. However, our pizzas are crafted with balance in mind, so we don’t create fully custom pizzas. Just ask us, and we will do our best to accommodate!

Yes! We offer multiple vegetarian pizzas, including the Margherita and Vegetariana.
Yes! Our Marinara Speciale is fully vegan, and we can substitute Fior di Latte mozzarella with vegan cheese upon request.
Yes! We offer gluten-free pizzas, but these are only available on pre-order or with advance notice. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange this.
We list all ingredients clearly, and our staff are happy to discuss allergens. However, as our kitchen operates in a shared space, we cannot guarantee that any pizza is 100% free from cross-contamination.

Yes! We specialise in catering for weddings, parties, corporate events, and festivals. Our setup includes our pizza van, a gazebo, and extra ovens to serve large crowds quickly.
We typically cater for 50 to 300 guests, but we can scale up depending on your needs.
